Terri is from Lake Charles, Louisiana. In 2006, she and her family relocated to Reeves, Louisiana. She began her career in healthcare in 2005 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Grand Cove Nursing and Rehab Center. In 2015, she earned her ASN at McNeese State University and obtained her license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Terri became a part of the APCH family in February of 2019, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge that includes experience in Wound Care, Geriatrics, Behavioral Health, Surgery and Administration. She began as a PRN Registered Nurse on our adult psychiatric unit and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming Nurse Manager in November of 2019. She excelled in her role as Nurse Manager and was promoted to her current position as Nurse Administrator in December of 2020. Terri currently serves on our Executive Team and is a member of the Louisiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (LONL). She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in March of 2022. She has an exceptional commitment to serving our community. Terri and her husband Charlie have been married for nearly 20 years and have three sons Charlie, Caden and Christian.
